“It is one of the best op shops in Frankton, Hamilton. There are 4 op shops nearby there(appr.300 meters radius).However, this shop has comparatively lesser prices and more bargains. You may find some brand new products too. There are almost all products including clothes, furniture, books, homewares, jewelry and so on. As you purchase here 1.Indirectly donating for charity and hence many needy people will be helped. 2 Encourages Reuse, consequently less pollution to environment Also, it is good platform for doing volunteer jobs. There are many dedicated volunteers including Samuel and Nia. Similarly, a very supportive shop manager - Guneet will help you at any time.”

My husband and I were in the Onehunga store a few weeks ago, looking for golf attire, the lovely lady at the counter was super helpful, (wish I got her name, but she was a beautiful island lady) she helped with sizing, then went ahead and got every colour in my husbands size to try on. Checking, if we liked the fit, offering other selections and just being genuinely helpful. It’s daunting taking my husband shopping, but she made this a fantastic experience, we purchased 3 shirts and a jumper. He is happy with his purchase, and I hope this makes it back to the wonderful lady who helped us. She deserves a raise! Thankyou, we will be back ☺️”

I came into the store to get a better sense of hiking shoe sizing after buying some Merrells elsewhere and being uncertain if I'd got the correct size. Deidre was incredibly helpful, helped me try on some different sizing and width options to really get a good sense of what worked for my foot. She knew her stuff too so had great tips, despite my not having purchased shoes there. I'm going to be returning my shoes for a different Merrell option that works for foot but wished I had come here first. Deidre, thank you so much! Next time I'll come straight to you.”

“The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”
