Two staff that helped me were very friendly. I went to Sylvia park store beforehand, but the staff I dealt with, she was not helpful at all. I know it’s a busy season, but wasn’t a nice experience. So I ended up going all the way to the Lynmall store and I’m glad I did. I should’ve gone there in the first place.
Asma is bringing top tier service to customers with active listening and speedy action for shoes to try. Service with a smile and left me feeling like she’s happy to help, other stores can take notes from this salesperson. Thanks again Asma.
I bought this pair of shoes about 10 months around $200. One shoe is still in perfect condition, but the other one has developed multiple holes. I understand that normal wear and tear is expected, but I’m wondering whether it’s reasonable for a $200 pair of shoes to have such a short lifespan. It also seems as though the leather used on the two shoes might be different. I simply wanted to ask for an explanation, as I believe I have the right to do so as a consumer. The lady who first assisted me was very polite. She asked me to wait and later told me that the manager can not see me even he is in the shop, which I found quite unusual. When I continued to ask, the manager eventually came out, but he did not listen to what I was trying to explain. He immediately stated that it had nothing to do with the store and that it was a manufacturer issue. I don’t believe this is an appropriate way to handle a customer concern, and it made me question his professionalism and, of course, the quality of the shoes purchased from JD.
Great customer service from Kyle at the Lynn Mall branch today when i went in to exchange a pair of trainers. Not only processed the return no hassles, but also tracked down the correct size online and sorted delivery for me. Staff like this are definitely a big asset to your company.
Hate this place. Customer service could be better. The girls at the counter will never smile or say thank you properly and when you ask for help, they would give you an attitude. Girls at the counter, especially the younger ones need to have proper customer service training. Who cares if you're the manager or the assistant manager. get proper staff with great people skills not just someone that can scan and operate the eftpos machine
Ordered Online And recieved ontime but not happy when i recieved the wrong size. They cannot give a helpful and quick solution they just keep asking photo of box with barcode, photo of sole shoe and size both of the shoe are the same!! Spend money 160 bucks, expecting to wear on my bday.
Went into the JD sports New Lynn shop today as i purchased a item online and got sent the wrong item. The Manager had to contact there customer service to ask them a question regarding my order and didn't even know the number, i found it before she did on there website Customer Service by other staff members could have been better also I recommend don't buying online
