very bad service if i could give zero stars i would. Paid for a pair of shoes never been worn, called the lambton quay store yesterday and they said they could do a refund ,went in today and the lady refused to do the refund. She said she was the manager and that she’d spoken to me yesterday on the phone. If thats the case she should be more clued up. Don’t tell your customers you can do a refund then when i come in refuse to do it. She said she was the manager not sure if she was telling the truth or not. Absolutely appalling do not shop here!
Went here when in Wellington on a Saturday. They did not have the colour of shoes I wanted, so they would order and send them to me. They arrived the following Wednesday, totally wrapped with the short time my shoes took to arrive, plus love my new shoes.
Had a nice dinner and drinks! All the staff was amazing. Ella was great always happy and great service!

Amazing service today from one of the ladies. She was super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble - she must of got 10 pairs of shoes for me to try on from out the back until I found the perfect shoe for a wedding! 10/10 will be back & will bring coffee ❤️
I bought two pairs of boots today. After making the payment, I noticed a 25% discount advertisement for the second pair of shoes store wide (I saw the advertisement a few days ago, but forgot to ask before the payment). When I asked why I did not get the 25% for the second pair, Amy (the staff who served me) said it was because one pair of shoes was on sale. But when I got back to the office and I tried to buy these shoes online, it automatically gave me the second pair of shoes with a 25% discount. This is surely not the first day of a 25% sale. I was not happy about this, and decided to return the boots. I came back and explained what was happening. Another staff member said Amy had checked with other staff about the price, and I should get the 25% on the second pair. I was shocked about that as she had just updated my profile when I was in the store, including my phone number and email address. But she did not contact me at all. Shocking!
