   I had never had an experience like that in my life. We entered the store and I was completely ignored by the saleswomen. How terrible that a store loses prestige because of the terrible service of its employees

   I never go out of my way to post Google reviews, but feel it is necessary to voice the experience I had at this specific store. Received the most horrible, deliberately nasty customer service, that was backed up with an extremely nasty comment from one of your team members. I will be taking the complaint further to make sure it reaches the appropriate people, because as a store manager in retail myself. I have honestly never witnessed anything so rude, and that's saying a lot being in the game myself for over 6 years. I really have no words and cannot believe my experience to be honest. Cut the snarky rude remarks and treat ALL customers with basic respect? It's really not difficult.

   Everytime i go shopping on a Thursday night I am greeted by Drew who i find out last Thursday 24 November is the Assistant Manager there. Really good customer service but not too pushy. Riccarton is my go to store as i don’t receive the same level of service at the other CHCH stores.

   Their customer services were excellent. I specifically wanted a jacket I had seen on their website, however it wasn't on my size on the racks, they checked throughout store to find my size and even pulled off the mannequin, their service was fantastic, and I got my size after all. Store is clean and tidy and organized. Clothes are on the more expensive side, but definitely great quality! Would definitely shop here again!

   Terrible customer service. I intended to purchase a number of items but there were three staff members in the store, and not one asked if I wanted assistance. They appeared completely uninterested when asking for help, and almost made me feel uncomfortable for doing so. Went to another branch where the team was much more welcoming. Not recommended!

   Good place for women's clothing. Most of the time will have sales going on. Or at least 10% off full price garments at all times of u are a registered customer. I recently bought a kimono that was faulty, I had it for 4 weeks, only just noticed the faults. They were so kind going extra miles getting me a replacement as it was almost end of the line. They went to check in the storage and had to go to another store to pick one up for me so I will get it quicker than posting. For this level of customer service it's hard not to shop with them all the time!! Highly recommend.
