   The shop assistant on the floor when I arrived there on a somewhat steady, but by no means demandingly busy early afternoon was both highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had kindly requested some assistance in finding the most popular products in their largest fuller figured size, and before I had even made my way to where the assistant had very vaguely and dismissively directed me to, she had already quickly walked over to another shopper on the other side of the room. Bendon St Lukes, please train your staff to at least uphold and maintain some decent professionalism in their work, and set aside their own dismissive personal prejudices against plus sized people and brown people for when they're not working in a public retail store environment -those types of behaviors are both ugly and outdated!

   A staff member made me feel extremely uncomfortable and seemed very annoyed with helping me when I asked if they had particularly bra sizes available because of my (and the person I went with) slightly uncommon bra sizes. They don't have a great range of sizes, if you have a bigger than average rib cage and a smaller than average cup they will not have your sizes. Great variety of styles though and the atmosphere of the store in general is nice but I will most likely never return.

   Just had the most wonderful bra fitting with Bee. She was fabulous. She understood my needs and made me feel very relaxed. It was important to her that I had a great experience and went away with underwear that was comfortable and fitted well. She made excellent suggestions and I left the shop feeling 100% satisfied. Bendon St Lukes and Bee will be the only place I buy underwear from now on. Thank you Bee.

   I love Bendon I always nearly wear all their products. But I had a bad visit in this store recently. I bought a pair of briefs online and before wearing it I noticed a small hole. I took it back to this store to see if I can get an exchange. The lady there pretty much blame it for ripping the tag off too hard and in her words there is nothing she can do about it. It is only a $10 pair in the end so I didn't want to argue with her as there is no way to prove either way. However I felt terrible after literally being blamed for this defect. I didn't like the way this matter was handled but again in the end it is only $10 pair of briefs so I left without taking this further. It has left me with a sour taste hence this review. I will seriously consider support other brands from now on. Thank you for the experience Bendon St Lukes.

   Bought 10 pairs of Bendon men's boxers online. Sure I have the sizing right, but they are distinctly unconfortable when I am seated for long periods (like in a car). They squeeze at my top inner thigh/groin area and feel like my tackle is uncomfortably bunched. When I walk and am not seated they're fine but due to being scrunched from sitting I feel like I have to always pull them down via my pants pocket. Never had this issue before and have always worn Bendon men's.

   Amazing experience from the Sunday staff at st lukes mall. I went on 5th July 2020 and it's a pity I didn't take her name. She has long hair but saying that both the girls were amazing. With very good knowledge of the products. I went in to buy 1 bra that too I wasn't sure I would but with the help i received i bought 4 bras and i absolutely love them. Got me the correct sizing shape and styles for my body. That it's so comfortable to wear. Thank for a wow experience. Excellent customer service. Used to go to airport outlet store always but now going to go to St Luke's store. ❤❤

   Wow experience and excellent and quick service. Vanessa The manager was really really good. She was so kind and helpful. She was so excited to find suitable stuff for me, when I had given up myself. She made me feel so comfortable. It was hard for me to find right fitting with post pregnancy changes. But she turned impossible into possible.I left the store with best shopping experience ever. Would always go there from now on and would recommend others too.
