   I bough a working shoes from this shop for my wife on Black Friday. But the size was not suitable when I back home to try. So I bring it back to exchange after about 10 days. The staff all really nice and perfect service. Especially Ata. She check the storage system and finally find out suitable size from other shop .she even write a kind note Which is so sweet. Must be back. (Please Excuse my English)

   I came to buy pair of shoes today (10/10/25) around 4pm for my son. A rather plus size woman was the sales person. My son then decided to wear it straight away. No problem till this point. The problem started when she decided to throw away the shoe box without asking us. She was about to throw away the lable as well before we intervened, however after we said not to throw it she replied and said "why do you want it? Its just rubbish". And you know what? She proceed to throw the lables away as well!! Like why? We already said not to. At the end, we managed to save the box but all the lables are already in the bin. My suspicion: either she is being ignorant or she was trained by the store owner (or maybe skeecher) to do this so the buyer CANNOT MAKE POSSIBLE RETURN AND REFUND. The website clearly stated that return is permitted as long as the box and lables are still complete. A very shameful move by either sales person, the store owner or skeecher. Very disappointed! Others beware! ADD 11/10/25: The owner replied (below) and does not negate anything I said. Its clear that this is common practice being done by the store. Others, really beware. Shameful store. ADD 5/11/25 To N Cam who respond to my review. You respond is ridiculous. Having your own personal experience as an argument is useless. Were you there when that happened to tell me? How am I supposed to know? While the official policy says otherwise? Are you going to help me if ever i do my refund? For your second argument, my kid had not walk out from the store. He just said he wanted to use the shoes now and the plus size lady immediately throw away everything once she heard that. And yes, if she does not know, SHE NEEDS TO ASK. By the time I purchased the shoes, its mine, not hers! She can do or assume what ever she wants to other people properties. And no, i won't ask refund if my son wet or ruined the people. You might do that but not me.

   Very bad customer service i waited in the store for 40 before being served, to top it of the person the was being served before me didn’t even by any shoe just waste other people that came to shop.

   APRIL 2023 This shop is well presented and has a very extensive range of footwear. Skechers are right up there with all the other International brands. The shop staff were very pleasant to deal with, and were also happy to ensure the right foot size was available to try on. In conclusion it was pleasant shopping at Skechers.

   I had issue with my shoes, as it has a manufacturing fault. Been to the store so many times, very unfriendly staff and still it's not resolved. I had to contact customers service myself, but overall service was pathetic.

   Went in today and took a long time trying on different styles and the service by Jaeda was wonderful throughout. Realised as I went to pay I had forgotten my eftpos card, and she was sooo lovely and understanding. Won't give details but she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the shoes I wanted and had another way to pay for them. I usually go to botany, but this has made Manukau my new favorite shoe shop. Cannot recommend enough :) Thankyou for being super sweet even though I was flustered and embarrassed.
