   We came to find a suit for my son’s school leavers ball and Aariz was amazing - giving us options of the colour and style of the suit as well as matching the tie and shirt with it. Was a great experience, thank you!

   I visited the Tarocash Onehunga branch on Sunday and was very disappointed with the customer service. One of the staff, young male of Indian descent, seemed disinterested and unhelpful. No one greeted me or offered assistance, even though the store wasn't busy. When I asked for help finding a specific size, the associate just gave vague responses without making any effort to actually help. Even though i could literally see the sizes that I was after hanging up there, i was told by this salesperson that they didn't have it. Even after I pointed out that the sizes were available, no effort was made to get it down. Overall, the staff lacked professionalism and courtesy, which made the shopping experience frustrating and unpleasant. I just had to leave without buying the stuff and instead got it from the Henderson branch where we were greeted and served by this lovely lady, totally opposite experience.

   Was just in there the blonde lady with blue eyes was very nice and had lovely customer service and was very helpful, BUT the middle eastern/Pakistani guy was very rude a judgemental. Firstly he asked who was paying and looked us all up in down and when I said me he said “oh nice” in a sarcastic tone. I asked multiple times for a price while trying a tux on and no one would tell me and when I went to ask for a quote it exceeded my budget as I have already spent quite a bit of money on shoes. Anyways we explained to him that I had a budget and he proceeds to say “well I’ve had other 17-18 year olds pay way more for a suit” at the end of the day you shouldn’t judge people on how they dress and make sarcastic remarks cause in reality you don’t know how much they make and especially if you yourself are working in retail.

   As a male, clothes shopping is not quite an enjoyable experience and I would usually run a mile if a shop attendant approached me to see if I needed any help. But my experience here was amazing, and that was mainly thanks to Janaye who was so down to earth, easy going, and someone who honestly cares about what she does. Her professionalism and nature actually made this an enjoyable and relaxed experience!

   Me and my son walked in to Taro Cash Onehunga Dressmart with no idea what we wanted. We were almost immediately greeted by a friendly smile and the offer of assistance by a lovely lady by the name of Candy. We explained our situation and immediately she knew what we were looking for and took her time to educate us on the do's and don'ts of what's hip and current. She continued to choose an outfit for my son that totally transformed his look and that we were both happy with. We left the store with one of the most satisfying shopping experiences I've ever had. Candy went above and beyond as an employee to ensure we left as happy customers. Her valuable insight and service in this industry is an asset to this company and store and we'd highly recommend her to any customer seeking a above and beyond shopping experience.    A great place to buy formal clothes. And probably best place to buy suits. Variety of suits and style available. And another good thing is they do sale big and tall, XXXXL and more size as well. Bit expensive though.
