   Both of the sales clerks in store at Te Awa tonight were superb. Friendly, helpful and full of smiles despite it being absolutely manic with Black Friday sales. They were juggling the fitting rooms, sales desk and helping on the shop floor like pros. Super helpful with fitting me with the right size too. Didn't get theor names but kudos to both! Visited around 7pm, 28 Nov.

   Melissa was perfect and made my experience really easy and enjoyable! I had been putting off a necessary bra shop for months and the time had come, so yesterday I headed in store and explained my situation and what I wanted to the amazing Melissa, and she helped guide me to finding new bras in the correct size and feel. She was a gem to help me so well, she gets all my 5 stars! BNT also have the only bras that my body will tolerate as most styles and fabrics irritate me, so when the time comes for new bras, I'll be back!

   no one in this store will acknowledge customers, i visit frequently and only once have i been spoken to. it always feels like the staff are waiting for you to leave and no one offers to help with shopping. really disappointing as i'm a huge fan but since moving to the waikato i have barely shopped with the brand

   Andrea manager at Te Awa store had terrible customer service. Was served by Santana. We needed a bra extender for a bra sold by the company. Wrong one was sold and we realised that when we tried it on the bra in the store before leaving. $5 voucher was applied and would not be refunded. We were not informed that the voucher would not ve refunded as I could have used the smaller extender strap for other bras. Told that we were being rude for pointing out that we should have been told about the voucher not being refunded and Santana said that she “didn’t know” and we can’t expect her to know that voucher were not refundable. Clearly staff are not trained. Poor service.

   Went in store today, greeted by staff but was offered no assistance as she kept stocking shelves. Observed someone come in, didn’t appear to be helpful and just gave the vibe she didn’t want to be there.

   Rude experience on the phone with rosemary tonight from the base te awa Abrupt and rude about a question regarding a receipt. Now my partner has to go in and sort it out. Sad ending to a good exchange and experience with nasmeerah in store !!!

   Went in today to exchange a gift. The lady who served us barley glanced at us and told us to "just look around". When the correct size couldn't be found she again was less than helpful. Was less than welcoming so we asked for a refund and left.
