   I received the most excellent service from Ms Mahi and Mr Varni after bringing an item back that has manufacturer’s defect. Both were fair honest and empathetic and helped me as best as they could. I received a full refund. Thanks to Ms Mahi and Mr Varni. Mahi took photo to show the manager who was contacted by phone. I so appreciate that I needn’t make another trip cos manager Mr Hardik was not working today. To Ms Mahi and Mr Varni I award 5/5 perfect score for both of them! Thank you Mr Hardik for being fair to me without being present. I also award him 4.9/5. Congratulations to this team at Newmarket you guys rock!!!

   Very rude staff, went in there with a mate to look for a gift for his dad and for fathers Day, took a little while to find a nice fitting hoodie because we weren't sure which size would fit his dad. They would constantly check the fitting rooms to see if we were up to no good. They then proceeded to call security to keep an eye out for us. Security stood outside for however long we were there. We bought the hoodie, left unhappy and confused. Would not recommend.

   Just been to pick up my online order from new market store and the clerk was really rude and unprofessional. I asked for a bag and she looked at me and made face like I’m asking for something free from the store, could have asked just to pay . Really unpleasant customer experience.

   Horrible customer service I asked for a refund and the Asian told me I had bad hygiene? All I wanted was. Refund yet he ignored me I had a receipt and he didn’t want to help since he had told me he can’t help me for hygiene purposes. Not going back again I’ll go somewhere else to get something from someone who cares

   Music playing on my visit, 21/08/22, was inappropriate and unprofessional. At 11 am on a Sunday, playing songs with such expletives simply isn't acceptable with the number of children around.
