   The staff member on a Saturday couldn’t have been less interested in helping or greeting any potential customers that came in. Barely looked up from her phone. Such a different experience from previous visits at the Cuba Mall shop.

   I bought a pair of timberlands from them, and first time wearing them realized they had a well documented defect on the tounge that made them unwearable, when i went in to return them for store credit i was told that i couldn't as they hadn't heard of the defect and didn't want me to show them the evidence. Very disappointing that they are selling defective shoes. Just buy straight from the original retailer save yoursef the wasted money and pain.

   Went to buy shoe polish. Production date for most of Wren's shoe care products (at the bottom of the tube/bottle) was March 2016 (more than 6 years old). I ended up buying a small shoe shine sponge (with no date indicated) which turned out completely dry.
