We had a very disappointing experience at this store. old lady working at the counter was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. From the moment we walked in, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very bad customer service.
I generally don’t post bad reviews but was really hurt by the way I was treated by the manager at Hornby store. She was very rude and spoke in a very demeaning way.
I just come out from the store I am very disappointed with the customer service here. One of the senior staff members was rude, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such behaviour—it’s the second time. From the beginning, her attitude toward us was unfriendly and dismissive, which made the entire experience unpleasant. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.
Went in with me and my sister. Rude customer service by two older women. Kicking the shoe boxes away, asking me for the shoes and their barcode when I was the customer. Not helpful at all. Quite frankly, just rude! Never going again !
We went into this store at Hornby today. The older lady that was on the counter couldn't even say hello and when asked for help got the shoes handed them over and walked away no conversation at all. A smile goes a long way or at least Hello
Massive with lots of choice, very modern interior and great staff.
Have a lot of sale and cheapest price than other store
When I took my shoes up to the counter, the staff refused to accept cash. He claimed "the whole world is going this way". Nonsense. Cash gives us freedom to buy and sell when there are power cuts. Not to mention control of our funds. I will Not shop here again. Shop where cash is accepted and we control our money.
Turned up in pouring rain to buy much-needed gumboots to find the shop closed for stock take. Hadn't said on its website that it would be closed. I specifically left home to drive to that shop. Found some cute ones at The Warehouse...which was open.
