“This pharmacy is amazing—the owner couple, the pharmacists, and the retail staff are all wonderful. I visited when I had a skin issue, and the pharmacist listened to me sincerely and recommended the right medication. The retail staff were all friendly as well, and just visiting the pharmacy turned my whole day into a pleasant one. Places like this are rare. It’s one of my favorite spots in New Zealand.”

“I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”

“I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.”

“I had 1 wisdom tooth coming out therefore took an appointment on 2nd July but it started hurting me badly prior to the appointment, so I had to cancel and book an appointment at tui dental Bryant road. Got the appointment early which I didn't expected and the tooth was extracted by Dr Min within 2 minutes which me and my wife were surprised. Didn't had any pain and I got healed up very quickly. “I am on holiday from UK . Had nose bleed Saturday night ended up in New Plymouth hospital where they inserted packing . Which needed to be removed when I arrived here in Hamilton. The Victoria Clinic was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The Doctor..Gus...who removed the packing was excellent ,kind , efficient, professional, gentle, understanding. The NHS in UK could pick up several tips on how to effectively and efficiently run the urgent care (A&E). department. Thanks very much everyone.”
