The pharmacy staff are always lovely. They're really efficient. The pharmacy sends out txt reminders of when medication can be picked up, or if you would like your repeats made up for pickup. The pharmacy itself is always presentable, clean and tidy. The ambience in there is so nice and chill. Great pharmacy to go.

My local pharmacy has transformed into a slick, well-oiled machine! I've been a patron for over a year since relocating from Auckland, and I nearly switched to a new one due to their initial slowness and disorganization compared to my old pharmacy. But that's all in the past now. This afternoon, I received a text at 3:20 pm inquiring if I wanted my prescription refilled. I responded 'yes', and just two hours later, I was notified it was ready for pickup. I hurried over, thrilled. Upon entering, I was greeted by a completely transformed pharmacy with an incredible atmosphere. There were no disgruntled customers waiting for prescriptions. They've even knocked down the wall behind the counters, facilitating better communication with the pharmacists. The staff seemed so cheerful and relaxed as well. A+++++ Well done.

Great service and friendly staff
Good service, but can be VERY SLOW, in the last few visits I have had to wait more than a 45 minutes for my medications, other chemist's can do the same order in 15 to 20 minutes or less, why are these people so slow? I also used to find that they would miss the 2nd script of medications, not a good look, always check your medication list and check you have everything... Once they get their act together it should be nicer experience. At the moment, it's sub par and not good at all, lucky to 2 stars in my book, I normally would do 1 or less but feeling kind today.
Was in MIQ after returning from international travel and had cream for my son picked out for me and delivered quicker than you could shake a lambs tail..., and at a very low cost. Impressively good! Super kind, considerate and friendly service! Would recommend to everyone.
Lovely service but I always enjoyed the young lady who helped me with my vitamins and my skincare. She was so onto it, friendly and helpful. Pretty easy on the eyes but sadly she left a few months ago to auckland. Will miss her fantastic service
