   Worst GP in Hamilton been registered for a couple of years it was a good gp before but now it’s the worst hard to get appointments and repeat scripts they no longer send an email you need to go face to face I’ve got some bloods done and wanted the results went to see the nurse because the receptionist said the nurse knows the results and went to her then she says I DONT KNOW HOW TO READ BLOOD TESTS and wanted to see the doctor booked a phone consultation at 7:30 me waiting patiently and he didn’t call then I called no one answered they keep saying they are short staffed but there are staff there they talk more than doing their jobs horrible and now I changed my GP

   My partner and I have been with Rototuna Family Health for many years. All staff members are nice and helpful. I've never waited more than 2 days for an appointment. In urgent situations, the GPs would even arrange a phone consultation after work. This is the sort of medical centre that still cares about their patients and deliver individualized services, we get to see the same GP each time who knows your conditions and medical history. All staff members are friendly and polite, from receptionist to nurse to GPs, especially Dr Osman who took care of my partner after an acute knee injury, went extra miles to arrange surgery promptly and minimized our struggles by a great deal. On another occasion of an injury caused by a medical incident, we were turned away twice by waikato ED on public holidays, Dr Osman was able to start on the best treatment, communicate with specialist on our behalf and provide ongoing followups. We are deeply disappointed in the current NZ healthcare system but extremely blessed to have such a good GP.

It’s disappointing to see negative reviews that do not reflect the true nature of this practice. Many appear to come from individuals who aren't even registered patients — likely from other clinics attempting to undermine the reputation of a genuinely outstanding provider. Don’t be misled by this. My experiences with Rototuna Family Health have been consistently excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking honest, high-quality medical care delivered with integrity and compassion.

   I have been going to Rototuna Family Health centre for years. The reception are allways so friendly and the doctors are really sincere and attentive. To my surprised no matter where I have moved (currently outside of Hamilton) I have chosen to stay with them because of how reliable they have been to me. I highly recommend them!

   The doctors, nurse and reception staff are always friendly and helpful. All the doctors are especially good with children. I have always felt well informed and happy with any treatment or advice. The nurse is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable!

   My whole family enrolled this clinic for more than five years. Very friendly and caring staff in this clinic, Cared for my every need and took such good care of my family, especially for my four kids, nurse given all my kids immunizations and Before school check, all of my kids love her, she is very kind, experienced and friendly nurse. no single issues with her in last five years. high recommended and trusted clinic, lovely doctors and nurse. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!!

   I had great experiences with the doctors. The problem was with the NURSE, she already had so many complaints on google and I don't know why they persist to keep her. She is not professional at all, she got the wrong date for my depo injections three times putting me at risk to get pregnant, she doesn't know even use the needle always applying it in places that hurt the most. I am moving to a different medical centre because of her, and it should be taken into consideration. The place is losing so many clients because of her in the past 2 years, and they are not doing anything about it. I feel sorry because of the doctors, they are great.
