   I really struggle with this place. They just seem to have general lack of care or common sense. The nurse tried to have me come in for an expensive in clinic doctor consult when all i needed was another script for molaxole, a freaking laxative. I can get this over the counter, so doesnt even require a prescription but taking this laxative everyday gets expensive, any doctor would see my history and write the script straight away. Just no common sense that a phone consult would have easily sufficed and saved me extortionate doctors fees.

   Absolutely disgusting service or lack of.... a family member (1st time mum) to a 7 month old took her daughter in after sustaing a injury standing in the waiting room with a 7 month old screaming her lungs out to be told they couldn't be seen as they were not registered there.. luckily it turned out to be very minor but all it would have taken was someone to pop out take a look and tell her it was fine for reassurance

   Used to be a great clinic but ever since they have moved they have lost some good doctors. Now you can never get to see the same doctor, and when you do they don't listen to your issues and the clinic doesn't respond to complaints. Not a good clinic

   Love the doctors, don't love the reception/booking. We can never see our own doctor and it's impossible to book an appointment on the same day or even the next day. There are simply too many patients now and the doctors are overloaded.

   Never had any issues, every doctor and nurse ive seen have always been kind, helpful and accomodating. Never had any issues getting quick appointments. Receptionists are all friendly. First doctors ive been to that ive actually recommended to friends.

   Shocking doctors, don’t know where they were trained. Brought our son in with coughing runny nose and temperature got sent on our way with the it’s just viral it will go away. Ended up in A and E in Hamilton and was close to begin admitted to Waikato hospital with a serious chest infection.

   Last yr had a medical incident few days later received an email."loose weight" no plan or discussion followup. Txt or email was from Dr I'd seen.no discussion. Appalling handling. Then ph for ear ck.they had a gp there but I had to wait to c ear nose throat gp they had later next day. I was sick and deaf. I saw another clinic I needed antibiotics and treatment. Needless to say iv left this cambridge health clinic.even my dog gets better treatment at her vet.
