My experience at redicare is always positive. I never wait long in waiting room for my appt. Nurses are fabulous and my doctor is thorough and caring. Very happy and would recommend them. Easy parking too.
We have been with Redicare for many, many years and are very happy with the treatment we receive, we recently saw a new doctor to the practice Sanduni Wellage and she was extremely thorough and very pleasant. We have no intention of leaving this practice as we feel they truly care.
My family and I have been their patients for a few years and had good experience overall. I can only speak for my family. The doctor detected my cancer very early and made sure I start treatment ASAP. My mother received good care, especially during her final days with cancer when she needed it the most. My niece is autistic, even she feels comfortable talking to doctors there.
Haven't seen a doctor for a long time. Recently I went to Redicare and found their services were improved. It was like the clinic was refreshed. The female staff with glasses at reception was friendly and the doctor was helpful. In addition, Now the patients can book an appointment from My Health, which is convenient. Would like to recommend.
My wife and I have been attending Redicare for many, many years. Although we don't visit often, we always have enjoyed doing so. By chance I have read some of the negative reviews, which may have been justified, (to that patient) but I felt it my duty to say that they are not general thoughts of most of the clients. Hence I say we are happy, contented clients of Redicare in Hamilton City.
Horrible experience almost every interaction. In the past have had medication withheld, receptionist hang up on me, have been told just go to hospital as waits are over a week. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone unfortunately.
Dr Khan is the most thorough and helpful GP I’ve come across. Sadly overall this centre has gone significantly down hill in the last few years. Management are money hungry, won’t take walk ins, will turn away injured children and push an agenda on patients who are settled in their care.
We were stuck in the South Island when I tested positive. Dr YiYi phoned when the report came through from the health service. She did a thorough online consultation and prescribed anti virals. She located a nearby pharmacy, made sure that someone was able to pick them up for me. She checked the following day to ensure I had got them and my condition hadn’t got any worse. This is smart phone service at its best and Redicare Practices most humane response. I am very impressed and grateful.
New to Hamilton so registered at Redicare Pleased to say Dr Khan and the nurses I deal with are without a doubt the most thorough and professional team of clinicians I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Dr Khans Thoroughness ability & communication goes far beyond and above expectations of a local GP and the nurses I have dealt with are all very skilled and professional. Can't recommend Redicare enough
