Spoke to a lady on the phone after missing a call but immediately calling back instantly and was told that i should’ve had my phone on me waiting for it. I’m at work and missed it by a second and I was made to feel like shit. Call didn’t even ring for the full length before hanging up. Incredibly annoying and her customer service is shit.
Went in hoping for a drop in appointment at 9:40, it was meant to start from 10am, to find out that al the drop in appointment slots had been filled up for the day. This was not communicated that I could've come at normal opening hours to book in for these sessions. Furthermore, when I had requested to book an appointment I was simply given a time slot, without checking if it worked for me first.
The lady that served my friend was so so rude to her and basically shamed her the whole appointment, she did not feel welcomed and felt judged the whole time. She came home to our flat and cried about the situation. No person should feel this way
Had appointment for implant contraception and the nurse in charge (Grace) was very efficient and knowledgeable and empathetic. I was very nervous and scared for needles but she Changed it over no fuss I was out in 40 mins - same time it said in my confirmation email. Thanks So much Grace.
I was very happy with the service provided at my recent IUD insertion appointment. The first thing that struck me when I walked into the clinic was the effort made to be an inclusive and welcoming environment. The registered nurse who did the procedure, I can’t remember her name and not sure if I’m able to say for confidentiality reasons anyway, but she was amazing. Extremely professional, welcoming, and made me feel very safe and comfortable. Talked me through everything and gave me time and space, didn’t feel rushed or anything, and was totally validating of my pain. Thanks to the team for such a professional and quality experience!

The service at this family planning was very disappointing. My partner went to see if they could help her with something and they were extremely rude and impatient with her so much to the that my partner tried to get the appointment over asap due to the fact that the people dealing with her were not listening to her and wanted to move her on as soon as possible. Disappointing
Horrible, rude and disrespectful receptionist. Honestly the worst family planning I have ever been too. I Went in to ask for some basic advice and was told to leave and call as they don’t help walk ins. How do you expect young people who are already extremely anxious and vulnerable to come in if this is how you treat people? Please either re-train your receptionist or get new ones, it’s horrible to be treated with disrespect when your trying to ask for help!
