This is the best health center is ever had don't wait long for a appointments and the doctors really care they are amazing
If you want results, seek help elsewhere. I don't feel like I've received much help at all and it seems like (some) of the GP here are just scraping by doing bare minimum. Had 2 good experiences here, the rest seemed pointless.
A very disgusting experience with mike leong. When I got to the medical centre, I was asked to wear a mask when my own dr Mary knows I don’t wear mask due to breathing difficulties, mike told me to wear one to see him, I’m deaf so another bearer for me. I however wanted to get it over with so showed him my list of what’s wrong and he said I need rat test, I didn’t want it cos I know I don’t have covid. I walked out and didn’t pay cos he did nothing and disrespected me. Today is 9th feb 2023. The whole world has moved on with this nonsense covid and mike still complies. Mad. Will never go back to them.
Absolutely awful! Continuously been seeing 2 different doctors since April for such an easy diagnosis. Doctors not listening and providing me with wrong prescriptions which were not relevant. Went to see a different one at a different clinic and straight away found the cause and were extremely shocked at what i had been given. They need to learn to listen instead of rushing through each visit without any care.
Apart from Mary Grace Abelle (which is very hard to get an appointment with) These GP's are terrible. If you cant get an appointment with mary grace do not bother. Im finding a new GP
Awful experience with dr. Timber. She is very unprofessional and do not listen to my problem. Just out to get the consultation fee and the front desk staff is very rude. I will never go there again and will tell all my friends and family about her attitude.
Highly disappointed...dr was rushed..gave a diagnosis..which was extremely stressful for me...but did no further communications with me, no referrals made or discussed. I am left so stressed out and unsure of what I should do next. I said nothing on the time because I was shocked but we were seen for a total of 3 mins. Dr Geraldine was amazing and that is why enrolled both my kid with the practice. She heard the parents out and seemed interested but Dr Mary Anne Timber highly upset and disturbed. Wish I never went to get an unconfirmed diagnosis and being told to be strong and accept it but nothing to follow up or support us or to confirm the diagnosis. I will be unenrolling both my kids.
