   Had 2 fillings done about a month ago, both fell out a week later. Should've gone back, but after the experience I had, id rather not. Dentists chairside manner was appalling, nothing professional about him at all, infact rude puts its nicely. Mutters unders his breath all the time "its time to retire " I felt like a burden in his chair, rather than a patient being cared for. Advise to anyone who is thinking of going here, please do not. This guy shouldn't even be practicing. Definitely time to retire Simon. Stop saying it and do it.

   Was disappointed that our son was charged for x2 fillings over $300, when he had told the dentist that's all he had. Please (next visit )consider asking if he has a Community Service Card. He is working, would appreciate a payment plan offered or reduction in payment if a holder of said card. He is unaware I am commenting on your site.

   My god such a bad experience. The reception staff are really great and helpful. However the core to the whole operation (the dentist) has completely lost all sense of emotional intelligence and empathy. I generally think he thinks it's okay to belittle clients and pressure them into having extras done. 100% would not recommend

   I am very grateful to Simon and the team at the dentist. When I went to see Simon I was worried about the state of my teeth and I had been avoiding going to see a dentist because of a past experience. Simon did such a great job. He was very careful and gentle and inspired the utmost confidence with his wealth of knowledge skill and professionalism. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the friendly staff and the pleasant environment in the office. Thank you for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. Best dentist I have ever had.

   Simon has been looking after me for the past 4 years. He is an excellent dentist and has helped guide me through an implant and was so helpful when another tooth broke through an accident. He has a really gentle touch I appreciate having been subjected to many heavy handed dentists. Simon is thorough and organised. He is willing to work weekends to accomodate busy people.    Had a bit of a surprise dental crisis and Simon was able to see me on a Saturday at very short notice and quickly rebook me to have a couple of wisdom teeth removed. I was really anxious about it but him and Nicola were so kind and gentle and made the process as positive as possible and the price was really good too. Very grateful!
