One and a half hours for a prescription of ibuprofen and panadol. I'm not sure these guys are any more lethargic than any other pharmacy, they have their checks to ensure they are not poisoning the populace after all, and they're helpful and friendly... I guess what I'm saying is that an indication of the wait time would go a long way. I wouldn't have got the prescription tomorrow if I knew what I was in for.

You mixed up a family members pills and gave him double the amount of 1 pill instead of 2 different pills and could have caused some SERIOUS DAMAGE!!!!! If he didnβt notice the pills looked the same before taking them. Even worse after we sent photos of the pills and labelling error you arenβt replying to calls or messages and have only said βwe will get back to youβ which you havenβt!!! Take accountability and apologise this could have been a completely different situation if he took the pills you wrongly gave him.

Always had good experiences here, until Friday 18/08. I went here to price match nappies, waited at the counter for over 10 minutes with a 1yo on my hip for a manager to come approve it, the checkout ladies called 4 times over the speaker for service. Then when the lady finally came she insisted she had to ring the other shop to check if the size was in stock and claimed they werenβt. I know this is part of their price match policy but last time I came the guy that served me didnβt call them, I bet you $100 if I went to that shop they would have had them in stock. This lady could see I was frustrated from waiting for so long, my baby was getting upset, no apology or sympathy whatsoever, do better.

The staff helping is very poor, I asked a few staff members the product i was looking for but none of them knew where it was. They were also not very nice and not helpful at all. Im not really happy with this experience. Thanks

Bought and paid online through Click and Collect but when I went to the C&C window, the security person insisted I get into the long line at the registers. Once I finally arrived at a register, the clerk told me to go to the C&C counter! So I then had to wait there again before finally collecting my items. Not efficient or friendly, but not the fault of the clerks. Security personnel need to be made aware of the purpose of C&C as otherwise, whatβs the point of paying in advance?

I recently had a disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse when attempting to avail their price match policy. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation and their communication left a lot to be desired, resulting in a negative customer experience. I visited Chemist Warehouse with the intention of purchasing a specific item, which I found at a lower price on a competitor's website. Excited about the possibility of getting the item at a discounted rate, I approached the staff and requested a price match. They informed me that the item was reportedly out of stock at the competitor's store after they had contacted them. However, to my surprise, I discovered that the item was still listed as available and in stock on the competitor's website. Furthermore, I was aware that the competitor restocks their inventory on a daily basis (supermarket). This information led me to question Chemist Warehouse's claim of unavailability. While I understand that stock availability can vary and miscommunications can occur, it is disheartening that Chemist Warehouse did not verify the information thoroughly before denying the price match. This experience has highlighted the need for better communication and accuracy in Chemist Warehouse's price match process. Customers should be able to rely on accurate information and consistent policies when availing such guarantees. Don't rely on their 'Lowest price guarantee'... its only applicable when it suits them

Very much disappointed with my order. Most important item was out of stock although selectable - no indication that this was the case. Foolish enough, to make up the order for qualify for free shipping, I ordered other items that I could have purchased from our local shops basically for the same price. In the end, the pharmacy cancelled the item that I wanted, but send me the rest! I won't shop online from them again for delivery!
