“These guys really care about you and your pets. We take our dog and cat here, both have had surgery and they looked after them both during and after so well. They don't push for "add on" sales either as they are independent.”

“I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”

“Exceptional team of veterinary professionals. Had an acute issue with our cat recently and was impressed by the exemplary level of care, compassion, skills and leading edge resources. They threw everything at our cat in an attempt to give her every chance of recovery - nothing was spared. Special mention to Rachelle, Tracey, Annelise, Robert and Oscar - you were amazing. Thank you.”

“Was house and pet sitting recently and looking after a cat that had been attacked really badly by another animal. Ross was so helpful and great with little Tigger and they were so accommodating considering i had to take him in every week for checkups. He was on the mend so quickly and every week got stronger and healthier! Such a character started to emerge, great work team!”

“I cannot recommend Playful Paws enough! My dog loves going there and I know that she is well looked after. Its wonderful to have a safe place for my dog when we go away and also for daycare. In fact, we have just got two cats and they will go to the cattery when we go away. I find the communication is excellent and they are always happy to help. I'm very grateful to Linda & Sophie from Playful Paws. Thank you so much!”

“Great experience here. Vet was fantastic and did everything she could for our pet chicken and allowed me to bring her in at short notice. Vets that work on chickens are very hard to even find.”
