“Me and my mom really enjoy this experience. We had a good time with these alpaca. The room is clean and there is breakfast in the refrigerator. When we arrived, we were also told that an alpaca named Bobby could kiss us, It was so cute!! Plz bring some bread and feed these alpha if u want.”

I visited with a friend and was impressed by the rich flavors and quality of the dishes. the highlight for me was the lamb biryani and the flavorful curries. The staff & Chefs are warm, welcoming, and provide truly remarkable service, which made the whole experience even better. I have to say I'll come back again and recommend this hotel to family and friends”

“I stayed 2 nights whilst on a cycle trip and it was ideal for my needs. I had been a little concerned staying in the city alone but the owners made me feel safe and the camp has good policies around access etc. My non powered site was great with shade near facilities. Would certainly stay again”

Finding staff this genuinely warm and eager to help totally proves my point: great service is completely defined by the little details... They just anticipate everything! Like when they enthusiastically brought us a side table for tea outside—even though we didn't ask Or the front desk noticing my glasses and politely handing me a cleaning cloth. “One of the best places to stay in this area. I've have been a number of times and my mum has been staying here a few times a month for years for her work. They are very accommodating and quick to bring you something like extra towels. Their pool is under cover and is usually tepid. The rooms are clean and relatively new. They are also in the process of upgrading the bathrooms in all of their rooms. The owner is one of the loveliest people to deal with, she makes you feel welcome and as if nothing is a problem. My mum has back and knee problems sometimes so the owner would switch out dining room chairs with her own ones. You don't get this kind of service from many places.”

“Love this place would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The room we stayed in was nice and warm and it had everything you need in the kitchen. Its affordable and the manager was even up late to wait for us to check in as we were travelling from Auckland. Love how there was another room inside with two singles for those who wants a quiet and peaceful sleep and a double in the main lounge if u wanna watch tv. My husband and I will love to come here again. And our parking was right in front of our room even more better. Thank you”

Just outside of town with great views of the Waikato. The pool is a sweet treat, too! Bonus! They even had a space to plug in an EV! I hope more EV users find this lovely location. “Good value and recommended. There is a variety of units, with the tidy larger suites more suited for a longer stay. The beds are comfortable and the lighting variable depending on unit type. Room service is excellent and the units are kept clean. Bathrooms are good. We liked having a separate toilet. Toiletries, which are of high quality, get replaced daily”
