   As a traveler who practically lives in hotels globally, this place is absolutely top-tier. Finding staff this genuinely warm and eager to help totally proves my point: great service is completely defined by the little details... They just anticipate everything! Like when they enthusiastically brought us a side table for tea outside—even though we didn't ask Or the front desk noticing my glasses and politely handing me a cleaning cloth. Gotta love that kind of personal touch, it’s just phenomenal! If you appreciate a team where the details truly make the difference, you gotta stay here!

   This was by far the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any motel. The staff were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic manners. They spoke to guests as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. The service was pathetic from start to finish — no respect, no professionalism, and no effort to make anyone feel comfortable. The entire place had an unpleasant vibe, and the management clearly doesn’t care about their guests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place even for a single night. Save your money and your peace of mind — this motel is a complete disaster and an insult to the idea of hospitality.

   Room were fit for purpose,clean-ish but had very musty/stale smell to it - suggested to Saraha to leave windows in back & front to be left open 1st notch on securty stays just to let fresh air curculate,otherwise stale bad smell is not very welcoming. Also the drain in thd shower was blockd & had to stand in not very clean ankle deep dirty water by the end of the shower... Mezzaged Sara & she apologised & got onto these couple more issues for us & we then ennoyed the rest of our while I was recovering from a pretty serious back surgery.

   The most important thing to me of any business is good SERVICE and KINDNESS. Without a doubt, the hosts at this motel have it down! Norah was our duty manager during our time there and her care and genuine approach made the stay an easy 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Thank you so much Norah for your lovely personality and approach - it is very special. Supporting the outstanding service, the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking is right outside the door. The room we were in had a double and single bed that accommodated my son and I perfectly. Clean sheets and a working heat pump made for a cosy stay. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great pressure and warm water. For the price and location we needed it was better than expected - and the amenities around the motel allow you to easily find a supermarket or any other food requirements. The kitchen/dining area helped our stay in that it is a seperate area that allows for easy breakfast and general motel comfort. Have to add that when I called to make the booking, they price matched the best deal advertised online at a booking service. This is something they do not need to do - but clearly indicates that they are customer focused. We don’t often travel to Hamilton but if we did I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so very much for the warm hospitality. It was appreciated ☺️

   I give 5 for Costumer Service because we did check in late around 9pm and though there's rain showers, the couple or not sure if they're couple but the lady and gentlemen guided us from check in to the parking lot. My husband attended the Home Show at Claudeland so the location is perfect for us. The room is nice with a little mini kitchen. The only downsize it smells musty upon opening the door. Maybe it would be better to open all windows from morning then close it in the afternoon so that there's air circulation when the room is empty. I love the mini kitchen, it has microwave (though we didn't use it), we used the mini fridge, toaster,perculator and their cuttlteries ( they have fork, knife,spoon big and small, bowl and plate, the plate is too big hope there's also small plate too) even though we brought our own, like kitchen knife for cutting fruits and scissor for opening. I brought our own plunger too and plunger coffee incase no coffee. Good thing I did as they only provided 3 pieces of coffee and 3 pieces of black tea no green tea either. It would be nice to have green tea and costumize it if there's a child please include powder chocolate too. The toilet bowl looks new but the bathroom only has shower and if you have kids who aren't used to bath in a shower please bring your own bucket and dipper. My child cried while I bath him as he's not used with the shower yet. One thing I had been looking is the wifi password however I can't find inside when I called the number nobody was answering however a Chinese voice that I couldn't understand , I did call to ask about the password since we checked in late. In the morning I went to ask around 11am but no people and door was locked. There's a doorbell but I just noticed the guy in one of the bedrooms upstairs probably cleaning. Maybe it would be better to put a note on the door that you're away and be back within specific time frame as it pissed off Costumer when we doorbell or call but unattended. I was able to get the wifi password in the afternoon when we went home. It might be better if password should be placed on the table or wall at the entrance or in the kitchen for instructions for costumers convenience and to avoid costumer's query for the matter. There's a flea in the single bed as my child got flea bites on Thursday morning upon waking up then escalated on Friday that we needed to buy insect cream for bites, he had more bites Saturday morning. The management needed to wash all the beddings as we came from a home with no pet or animals due to inclement weather we never went outdoors all indoor activities. We only went to Claudeland playground after we check out on Saturday morning as we needed to stay waiting for afternoon time to meet a friend but we needed to check out in the morning. Please also consider cleaning the carpet too though it looks new but that flea bites really put me off even if it's location is near Claudeland. It's a mixture of business and holidays as husband has commitments near the motel.

   Managers are lovely ! Staff are also awesome . Have been here a week but due to the fact of needing a motel with fridge/freezer big enough for my family I am hoping to move on today . This is a lovely place , old owners left huge financial mess as well so things maybe a little out dated ? Not much though ! Love the staff though absolutely awesome people with beautiful hearts ! Better than the 5star motel Angelsea I can tell ya that much ! Pool is available too

   A nice quiet place to stay in Hamilton close to the Claudelands showgrounds. The upstairs room i was booked into had crispy shèets a heat pump regular tv and a kitchen. All very clean. The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. I had booked through AA accommodation and the price was reasonable. Friendly helpful staff. Cheers.

   Very bad experience staying here, I left covered in flea bites and when I told the manager/owner he just said in very bad english "oh i think we need to do bug treatment". Rooms were very old and dusty, there was no double bed like advertised and when I mentioned the bed to the owner he said to put the two singles together, which I did and had a very uncomfortable sleep. Wifi was slow and when I arrived I had to spend an hour airing the room out because it smelt so musty and dusty. Definitely didn't look like it had been vacuumed properly. It's been almost a month since I stayed there but I'm still very irritated by the demeanour of the owner who was unhelpful and unsympathetic to all the problems. Would not recommend, if you have to stay here watch out for fleas!
