   Great staff and excellent service. Even though we booked late in the day and arrived late, he warmly welcomed us. The room was very clean, neat, and well organized.

   Great Motel. The guy at reception was really nice and welcoming. The doors a spacious and clean. Nice and close to the lake for a nice evening stroll or a morning walk down the way to Cafe Dora for a great coffee.

   Room good, bed good. Not enough cutlery etc. Need a rule that NO use of spa baths after 10pm! Need info sheet in room about laundry, NO Sky channels & eateries in town etc.

   Don't let outside of the front building put you off. Our room was clean and quite large for what we paid for it was 130 per night and had a great city view! Manger was super friendly and the location is super handy to town. If your on a budget i recommend this motel!

   Stayed for 5 nights while attending hospital appointments. The rooms were basic but clean. Very friendly staff & so close to the hospital. Comfortable beds & good heat pump. Shower wasn't so good but there was plenty of hot water. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would be great to hang towels. There was also nowhere to put our clothes or toiletries but we put a coffee table in there. We made it work. Would stay again Thanks

   Old owner was very nice. Once the new owners took over nothing but rude and disrespectful people. Was there for 5 months without any problems first week a new family moved in and started causing dramas and yelling and abusing me and my family. We got kicked out and moved into one of there other owned motels only to get kicked out a week layer cause they didn't want me and my family in there motels anymore. Very stressful as we were there for emergency accommodation. Would not recommend staying here again not with the owners that are there now

   Hosts were friendly. The photos on the websites aren't what you are going to get, we were left feeling ripped off. Mould around the shower and vanity was easily removed with a baby wipe, that left me to question whether they do a thorough clean or not. Couch had lots of food stains which some were removed with a wipe, leaving the wipe covered in a brown residue. Beds were also very uncomfortable, it was a restless night with the springs digging into the back. The cleaners also came in without knocking which was abit concerning considering I was getting changed.

   Friendly and great approach from the owner on arrival. It very well suited our needs as our family were needing to be near the hospital and downtown is right there for any extras. The studio is a lot larger than expected and spotless clean. Will recommend to others and would definitely stay again in the future.

   Two weeks ago I was needing a place to stay with my Grandson while his sister was in hospital. Was a stressful time and last minute. The staff couldn't of been nicer. Very nice room with a large spa bath where my Grandson had a fun swim. Room was clean and tidy. Quiet area. King bed very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay :-)
