Friendly helpful reception staff. The room is clean and tidy. Nice to have a decent sized room. Was lovely to have a swim and know that security is good. Would suggest a hand rail into the pool to help with getting in and out more easily.
Very helpful and courteous staff, special mention to Amy Wang looks after their clients very well. Have nice swimming pool and Spa. Californian king comfortable beds is good for a relaxing sleep. I have a booking with them for 6 weeks and I love the way they treated me, I have tried almost 4 different rooms and all are great. Their kitchenette has all necessary items, good size refrigerator replace milk every day. I’ll upload the photographs later. Thanks
Nice motel. Nice and quiet(no traffic noise) the night we were there. Disappointed though that the spa was not operating!(was looking forward to that treat) Becareful!!! In the showers the hot water is scolding HOT! Very fast. Do Not set the tap to hot and turn it on!!! Like at home. Room was clean, beds comfy. Lovely Staff.
This motel was very comfortable and it served by purposes (1night stay) very well. Clean with air con. I was upstairs but there was no lift so make sure if you have an impairment that will not allow you to climb up stairs ask for a ground floor room. I would stay again
One of the best places to stay in this area. I've have been a number of times and my mum has been staying here a few times a month for years for her work. They are very accommodating and quick to bring you something like extra towels. Their pool is under cover and is usually tepid. The rooms are clean and relatively new. They are also in the process of upgrading the bathrooms in all of their rooms. The owner is one of the loveliest people to deal with, she makes you feel welcome and as if nothing is a problem. My mum has back and knee problems sometimes so the owner would switch out dining room chairs with her own ones. You don't get this kind of service from many places.
PROS: Great shower. King sized bed was very comfortable. CONS: Premises is a bit dated. Paint falling and flaking off the hallway walls, as well as the ceiling in the unit. Recommend bring your own pillows. The ones supplied had seen better days and were too soft. Parking is a bit of a worry. No lines, so people tend to park any way they like.
