   Coffee tasted flat and a bitter. I was first through the door that morning so I suspect they hadn't cleaned the previous days ground coffee out of the grinder (which had gone stale). If not then this is a terrible bean.

   As u walk in yr greeted with smiles,tables are cleared & wiped as you leave.having afternoon tea or snack,the selection of food is gr8.Had a toasted sandwich wth ham & cheese,I don't think I've ever had one quite like this.Superb.Fills you up.gr8 place to go.well done.

   Staff Woman was not nice. No smiling. She gave me a broken carrot cake. And taste was also not nice. Some part was warm and some was a bit cool. It was sticky texture. Upper part was just sugar, not creem of creem cheese. I didn't feel any spices. Too expensive for that. I never go again.

   we order coffee and dine in later ask for brownie and the display price of browie was different and staff charge more when i ask about the difference , he said if you don’t wanna buy than leave and he took the coffee front of us while we drinking one of the shif service by rude staff it was not free coffee we paid $11.40 and try to charge display price to customers rather than extra . couple of cents make a big difference good example for you and your kids

   We ordered our coffee and food and went to sit at table. My coffee came in a takeaway cup ( we dined in ) , secondly they forgot to bring my daughters hot choclate. We finished our food and my daughter went to ask them for the hot choclate which the chinese lady rudely told her. " we will bring it to the table". Well if we didnt go ask we would still be sitting there waiting. First time there and surely the last time.

   Great little cafe. Very clean and tidy with polite and helpful staff members. A nice and quiet spot where you can hear yourself think. The prices are quite expensive. The counter is awkward. The good things far out anything though.

   Consistently good is how I would describe our Sierra experiences.Everytime we come here the coffee is good and the fries are burning hot and crispy. Not to mention the staff are always delightful.

   My wife ordered a chicken filo parcel $9.95 from the cabinet. She asked if this came with salad, to which the shop owner replied it did. The ‘salad’ was mesclun lettuce with a piece of tomato the size of her index finger nail!! Also, no relish was provided so she had to ask. Should be standard with tomato relish otherwise it’s too dry. Coffee and tea were nice otherwise
