   Would not recommend at all! It was not clean toilet still had feceas in it.Floors had grass and dirt on so hadn’t been vacuumed. some light bulbs were out, couch was dirty and had no foam left in it. More the cleanliness was not there the dust on heat pump and fan in bedroom was gross Yes tried to talk to owner says 8am open we waited until 8.15 and just put key in slot as door to office was still locked.

   Really loved staying here. Friendly and helpful manager. Good facilities, clean, spa bath, comfy beds. Close to pak n save supermarket, lovely views across road to park. Heat pumps, quiet at night. Highly recommend.

   Booked last minute so hadn't checked reviews. Needs an update. Carpet frayed at doorway. No kitchen sink plug. Light not working in bathroom. Vanity cupboard needs replacing. Very basic but bed comfortable.

   Would not recommend this motel. Rooms are tiny and not clean very well. We hade body hair all over the bathroom floor. Shower drain was blocked.

   this place is no good.cleaner does rubbish bins not the rooms ..spa bathroom stinks of cigarettes..peubs aroun toilet..poorly maintained ..DO NOT BOOK..

   Would not recommend anyone to stay here. My mum and I never got the chance and I wished I read the other terrible reviews before I booked. Our situation was we booked for 2 nights to go to a wedding in Hamilton. My mum fell ill so we couldn’t make it on the Friday. I informed motel we couldn’t make it and try the next day. Mum still wasn’t well and turned out she had covid then I tested positive for covid too. Rung Motel and very unempathetic they wanted the money and charged my credit card $200.00 although we never stayed there. Under the circumstances for something beyond our control the Asian owner has no empathy just wanted money and relentlessly kept calling me too, although I was very sick. 2 weeks later she has charged my account. Would never stay there and don’t recommend anyone else does either.

   We were given the disabled room. I have no idea how someone in a wheel chair would get on with microwave and glasses out of reach and tight space for a wheel chair. No ramp to get in the doors either! The room was dusty and had cobwebs. The fridge was broken and made noises all night which didn't make for a good night's rest. The car park was full so had to park on the road. Had to go to reception in the morning to get another toilet roll as no spare in the room. The sink was blocked as over flow hole was pouring out bubbles and smelt terrible. The host was lovely and the bedding was nice and price was reasonable. Won't be recommending or staying again.
