Tired old room but clean. Shower is rubbish - less than 2 litres per min and impossible to get right temp. Noise from upstairs unit just terrible - stomping ( normal walking just no sound proofing) and ALL human activity very loud. Single night stay for work, won’t be back. $129 for the night
Quiet location, handy to expressway if travelingg North. Priced to suit. Couldn't get wi fi to connect
Recently stayed here for a week, the lovely Samoan lady went above and beyond for us during our stay as well as the owners. When we needed anything they were onto it straight away. Will definitely be back
Good place if you need to be in the area or passing by. It gets cold in winter so make sure you put in the electric blankets. Sean is a cool guy. Easy communication.
What a gem! The staff is so kind and friendly, and it’s really clean. The location couldn’t be better, we enjoyed the peacefulness and the sunsets (amazing). Just outside of town with great views of the Waikato. The pool is a sweet treat, too! Bonus! They even had a space to plug in an EV! I hope more EV users find this lovely location. I’d stay here again.

1 star and that's being genious, it's old its run down, front office tells you everything to need to know about the place, $125 for 2, bed was so old you could fell the springs, too many negatives to list, on the up side, the room was big, the lady that serviced us was nice enough. It has a pool as well, but it needs a clean. Road noise is constant.
Lovely facilities warm,love showering.Our granddaughter like the TV the most and we all love the beds and electric blankets.plenty of space. Just the traffic noise need a sound proof walls.Appreciate being so cosy out of the pouring rain. Very thankful.
Rooms were discusting no bed for baby, bed was hard and uncomfortable woke up with sore back and neck. Heaps of cats which would of been great to be informed about as my family has allergies. Walked out covered in flea bites. Not a great experince at all
Kids liked the bath, not warm enough weather to try outdoor pool. Like the games room. Staff very accommodating done our laundry for a fee and found out information about dining out options.
