“5 Stars for Mark and his wonderful Team at Bates Joinery. We had extensive wooden joinery made for our house renovation back in early 2000's. Over the years the Cedar French doors through the house were badly scratched by our big dogs. Bates took them away a few weeks ago and returned them in brand new condition after careful machine sanding ( solid wooden doors are the best.) Now rehung by Bates and looking fabulous. I am thrilled with this "after sales " service 2 decades on !! Thanks very much. Rose Roberts”

“A shout out to Jude in furnishings. Absolutely brilliant service. I was trying to match a duvet cover to pillow cases, trying different colours. Reasonable prices and even better of you can get it during one of frequent sales. Well stocked with wide range of items from lower to higher quality and prices, something for everyone’s budget. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff treating everyone with smile and kindness.”

“Was in the city running late for my daughter’s Jazz Exam and remembered she needed tights…. Cue panic…. But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! I wish I had more time to look around more. The salesman was super lovely too and really helpful. We will be back again for sure :)”

“I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

There were a few minor issues with a couple of the chairs which they fixed without a problem. We would definitely shop there again and highly recommended them.”
