   I experienced extremely poor customer service in the Cashier–Pick-Up Area. I was assisted by a Filipino male employee who was not wearing a uniform. After verifying my ID, he instructed me to “wait” but failed to provide any clarification on where I should wait or what the next steps would be. I waited for approximately 20 minutes, expecting him to call my name or provide the item I had purchased. Instead, he left the area without notice and did not return. There was no communication or handoff to another employee. I then approached a different cashier, who provided excellent customer service and clear instructions. I was informed that I needed to drive to the back of the warehouse to complete the pick-up—information that should have been communicated initially. I am unsure of the first individual’s role, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service standards was unacceptable and resulted in unnecessary confusion and delay.

   I visited the store to buy a security camera and had compared prices online beforehand. I initially thought the product on display was the model I had researched, but it turned out to be an older version. I later found that newer models are available online at similar prices. During my visit, I wasn’t informed about the newer model, which was disappointing. Next time, I’ll likely check Noel Leeming first.

   Good store with good selection and prices but the staff service was abysmal. We had a return due to it not working, and not offered a refund until they had tried to repair twice, we lost it for 3 months, and they wanted to get again send it for repairs but demanded a refund. Will never shop here again to the point I would pay more. Went to JB and service and staff far better

   rediculous. After 1 hour queue,I just asked 3 questions in 1mitute,"can I buy this phone***" "do you mean any color out of stock?" "can I order it in the shop?" The shop stuff was extremely impatient and very unfriendly(talking to me in Chinese). It was like that I did something wrong at that moment. Then I felt worse after realized that I waste my own 1.5 hour and even being someone's emotional release rubbish bin. I will never come to PBtech again.will try buy things from Noel Leeming.

   I had been pricing a 65" OLED TV and felt I needed to spend up to 5k for the product that would give us what I thought we needed. Amazing how the right advice clears away all the smoke that manufacturers intentionally create. Found my solution at 2.3k Nice one.

   Service desk is really slow. Allow at least 20 minutes if you need to sort a tech issue. Also there are service charges ( be aware of this if taking brand new goods back to the store). I bought from this store a set of headphones which were faulty. I returned them a week after purchase only to be told that the service tech would take several days to look at. I asked the service desk to look at them. They agreed that they could hear the terrible crackle and buzzing from the headphones but would still need the service tech to confirm the issue. Not exactly helpful.

   Lady behind desk with American accent. Extremely rude and UN helpful. Very much seemed like she didn't want to be there. Needs to be taught a lesson on customer service as you just lost yourself a $1,000 sale. Will look else where.

   Easy click and collect service which meant I could be in and out quickly. Friendly staff who made the visit a smooth operation. All this despite it being so busy there was a que of cars waiting for parks.

   PB Tech is good representation of tech industry in this country. Yes, you can get most things you are looking for mainly because is no competition and you can buy it usually cheap , but you get what you pay for. Staff is useless, mostly Asian and doesn’t speak any English, so they will never advise you on anything, unless you know exactly what you want don’t look for getting support in store. Finally whatever you buy - hope it better works and never breaks, as they don’t accept returns and repair will take months.
