We purchased furniture from a deceased estate to discover that a foot was missing from one of the Urbano couches. I contacted Jennene at Urbano Auckland and we received the correct foot within 10 days! Fantastic quick service to us here in Christchurch! I will definitely check out the Urbano store in the future as the furniture is beautiful.
My wife and I bought a recycled Elm dining table and 6 chairs recently from Urbano Interiors on Blenheim Rd. We were served by Amy. We found the service and communication to be excellent. There were a few minor issues with a couple of the chairs which they fixed without a problem. We would definitely shop there again and highly recommended them.
I ordered a custom chesterfield sofa and chair from Urbano. It was a real pleasure to work with Amy during the process of selecting styles and fabrics, and arranging final delivery to my home a few months later. Amy was knowledgeable, amiable, always responded promptly to my emails and bent over backwards to meet my requests for additional fabric samples and delivery updates. And the final product quality is excellent.
I recently purchased a beautiful desk (recycled wood). Service at the Christchurch store (Blenheim Rd) was very friendly and helpful. Delivery requirements were not met (No fault of Urbano) which caused considerable distress due to my personal medical issues. A phone call to Urbano had an immediate response and a staff member coming to our home and putting the desk together for us. This was above and beyond expectation and turned stress into the happiness expected from the arrival of a really nice desk. Thank you to everyone at ChCh Urbano and especially Scott who offered to come and put things right. We would have no hesitation in giving Urbano full marks all around and we know we will shop there again.
The sale person not only has an angelic appearance, but also has a high affinity for customers. From the very beginning, she helped select suitable products to deliver them to the door, and every link was in place. The most important thing is that I like this sofa very much~
Excellent service, the staff was very professional and helpful. Brought a coffee table that had to be sent from the Auckland store which arrived promptly and well packed. Very happy with the table.
