“Was in the city running late for my daughter’s Jazz Exam and remembered she needed tights…. Cue panic…. But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! I wish I had more time to look around more. The salesman was super lovely too and really helpful. We will be back again for sure :)”

“I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“I met Elise at the Christchurch Home Show and was surprised to learn that Kitchen studio offered kitchen renovations. We have a relatively new home, but it had a terrible painted laminate work bench and I wanted to extend the breakfast bar and add more storage. The end result exceeded our expectations, we added an instant hot water tap, some inserts to existing cupboards and a Silestone work bench. Elise colour matched our existing cupboards and the flow is seamless. Ben, our installer solved a couple of sticky problems with ease and was a perfectionist, ensuring that we got the finish we are now proud of... thanks Ben! Kitchen Studio organised the electrician and plumber for us and both arrived on time and did a great job. We are delighted with our 'new' kitchen, a huge thank you to everyone who made it happen :-)”
