   I was assisted quickly by a very knowledgeable helpful and personable woman, Vanessa, who really knew her department. I found the store tidy and clean, although stock numbers dont seem to be consistent and some things are challenging to find. I only shop Briscoes when needed items are on sale (no sale prices are grossly inflated) but overall, Briscoes usually provides good products and has a good range.

   Briscoes the brand is lovely and I like the range in-store. Also love the constant sales on. And often a nice display in the entrance promoting furniture. But this store always seems messy, under stocked, and understaffed and today’s visit was the same.

   Complete shambles in most isles. Yes, I'm aware of the time of year/sales etc but was a hazard throughout the store. I have worked in retail for over 40yrs, including large stores and would never leave it in such a state. Even if some isles were tidied, not all. At least some effort to show work in progress. Maybe a few staff could work after hours or before opening on these days?

   Its ok. My standing joke with Briscoes is if theres "upto 50 percent off" then there will be a Spicerack in the corner for 50 percent off and the rest 5 percent. This is close to reality.

   Everything you need for your home and plenty of other stuff you never knew you needed from bedding to kitchenware , laundry and so on. Reasonable prices and even better of you can get it during one of frequent sales. Well stocked with wide range of items from lower to higher quality and prices, something for everyone’s budget. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff treating everyone with smile and kindness.
