   I have really bad experience with their customer service. I order online to click and collet. Which i pay more online so i do have to wait in long queue in checkout. There is girls name Abby. I read her name on name batch. She wants me to go in checkout queue to collect my order so why i have pay extra if i have to wait in checkout queue. Please do not waste your valuable money for click and collect in this store.

   Fantastic store and friendly team! Briscoes on Salisbury Street is always a pleasure to visit. The store is bright, clean, and well organized, everything is easy to find. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you get the best deals. Great range of homeware, kitchen items, and bedding at excellent prices. Checkout was quick and efficient too. Always a great shopping experience, highly recommend this Briscoes branch!

   This is the third time I have had to deal with staff who either tell lies or are so rude or incompetent that I have given up. Today I was sent by staff to search in 5 different isles for an item they didn't even sell. After trying to explain to the two girls what a thermometer was, I decided I won't be going back because last time it was over a vacuum cleaner that was used for 12 minutes and it stopped working and I had to fight for a refund. Shameful.

   Staff not overly friendly and never ask if help is needed. I walked around the store looking for someone for ten minutes before reverting to asking the cashier about a product. Website not helpful either.

   Got what we wanted at the as usual special sale price! Although will be on special again in a few weeks I am sure. Busy, however just two staff working the checkouts does not get you out the door very promptly..

   Good parking. Very busy when I went (Saturday morning Easter break) but managed to flag down a staff member on the floor who was very helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and advised me they were out of stock but on order. She was friendly, well informed and saved me a lot of time.
