   Great affordable product. We had a delay with our builder and Nanoosi were accommodating and easy to deal with to shift the schedule. Rico our installer did a great job and left a professional finish. Would definitely recommend. You can get more bang for your buck with Nanoosi.

   I have an oven bought from Nanoosi some years ago. Last November the oven door exploded with glass going everywhere through the kitchen. Because the oven was out of warranty I had to pay Nanoosi for a replacement door - $299.00. They had to take this from another oven in their store. Because my property is very handy to their shop, the manager came with me and installed the oven door and cleaned up the glass. Yesterday the oven door exploded again. When I reported this to Nanoosi they said there would be a 2-3 month wait for a replacement door. They said the Nov 2023 oven is still in their storeroom waiting for a door. I asked that someone go to my property, install a door from yet another oven in their showroom and clean up the glass. With that the manager exploded into rage, spitting in my face and telling me to go, slamming the door and yelling at me. I have never experienced this in a shop ever! Obviously they are in strife with a sub-standard product and a poor supplier. Caveat emptor! PS I have read reviews praising the kitchen design. My review is based only on Nanoosi appliances. I once bought a dishwasher from them. It was for a rental property. It broke down and after waiting for parts for months from Nanoosi I had to give up and buy a new one. Luckily this time their customer service wasn't too bad and they sold me one at a considerable discount. Obviously things have gone downhill since then.

   Managed to get the parts for the range hood after a 7 week layover period (Mid Dec to Feb). Maybe it was bad time trying to contact them during this period as it was near end of Jan before I received a reply. I think if they were more prompt to let me know that their tech support guy would be away until Feb, then I would not have made this post. Their showroom could do with more staff, as when picking the parts up, I stood around for about 10 minutes before someone came out. Again perhaps it was bad timing.

   I wish we had never let our builder recommend Nanoosi. The kitchens we put into our flats, 4 of 5, have all turned from the original white to various amounts of yellow within the same kitchens. Our Property managers have indicated other clients have the same problem with 6 kitchens. Nanoosi hide behind a 1 year guarantee which they know full well is not "Fit for Purpose" as expected by the Commerce Act. They threw my builder out when he asked them to honour NZ's expectation of good service and good faith. Don't deal with them.

   My Nanoosi 60cm oven is 5 years old. Yesterday while grilling some Bacon the inner glass on the oven door exploded for no apparent reason. I approached Nanoosi Christchurch for assistance and was told it was out of warranty and i would have to pay $250 for a complete replacement oven door. The inner glass is only attached by 5 clips, so why can they not just replace the glass?
