   I went in this morning to get a test pot and waited around for almost 10mins before I walked out. 3 staff members scene me standing there and just ignored me. I work for an opposition company and I understand the importance of customer service no matter who the customer is. On a brighter note I went to the tower junction shop and received a much better response from Andre.

   Went in this morning (Saturday) and was enthusiastically greeted by a staff member. We grabbed some test pots and colour swatches and a bit of advice.There were only two staff members on but the service was amazing and if they were under the pump it really didn't show!!! Well done ladies!

   Had the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Went in to purchase Wood X cedar stain and the lady couldn't offer any advice at all. I ordered off the in-store brochure they had with colour samples and once I got home and opened the pale, the colour wasn't anything like the information provided. I asked my painter to assist in returning this as it's not what I had requested. When in store the lady would not accept a swap or credit. She literally threw the 10L pale at him across the counter which hit him in the chest and continued to tell him there was nothing they would do about it. She was aggressive and rude and handled this in the worst way possible. This is not only unacceptable service it's also assault!

   Made an order for two buckets of spray grade Lustacyl several months ago. I was told the paint would most likely arrive within the fortnight. When I called to follow up several weeks later the operator was dismissive and quite rude. I presume the order was never placed... I would not recommend this shop based the customer service experience I have had.

   We've been going to this store for our paint for the last 5 years as we're renovating an old villa locally. The staff are always really helpful and interested in our projects. The staff training must be very good as they are knowledgeable about all the product ranges and explain things in a way that us amateur decorators can understand.
