   Askö has huge amounts of stock in Christchurch!!! I have only recently discovered this and now I will try to buy from Askö as a first port of call, every time. No waiting! How amazing. They have so many options. So much stock. Competitive prices and amazing service. The girls in the shop are lovely. The warehouse manager is friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and click and collect is so prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

   VERY bad experience! Purchased a little WMF stainless steel sieve for $79 there and then found a similar one in a shop next door for $8.20 and Asko would not take it back and refund! This was after I asked for a special price for a hand spice mill that had cracks in its wooden top and they said they will rather send it back to WMF than give it to me for a reduced price. I will never set a foot into that store again - extremely unfriendly and not interested in happy customers!

   Blown away by the service from Lois, Markus and Rangi. Bought table and chairs, that may have received a couple of marks in transport and the very next day Rangi came out and replaced items and even levelled the table for me. Top service, will definitely shop here again.

   Not impressed as went in looking for furniture and the two female staff members were to busy involved in there own conversation sitting behind the counter and couldn't be bothered doing there job in actually giving service . Didn't even acknowledge me . I wasn't the only person in store at that time so feel if the staff let the company down from selling which I presume they are there to do and give good service .

   Purchased a coffee table from their seconds stock via Trade Me. Despite this item being way below cost, they bent over backwards to help us, with great communication via email and the friendliest of service to help get it on the trailer. There are hundreds of modern, latest design things I'd love to buy for our new home. A return visit planned already. Love the table. Thanks!

   I have basically furnished my entire house with furniture from Asko Design. Unfortunately, the experience has not been pleasurable whatsoever. Once ordered and paid for, I was told I could expect my furniture in 4-6 weeks...but definitely no more than 6weeks. By the time I got my furniture (dining table, two couches and a coffee table) it was at the end of the 10th week. During this time there were phone calls back and forth to update me of delivery schedules and when I can expect the furniture at my house. Each phone call was to inform me of further delays. Finally went to the store to try and establish when everything was going to arrive and they couldn't give me an answer. They also couldnt remedy the situation at all - I was told there was nothing they could do and nothing they could offer me. I even mentioned the fact I needed a 2nd couch to give them the opportunity for a discounted deal and they chose not to act on this. A very sour end to a not so great experience with Asko.
