    Katie from the Westfield farmers is such an amazing and patient worker, she made me feel soo comfortable asking for help with bra fittings! She knows her stuff well and has an amazing customer service ethic. I was getting a bit agitated by the older workers who perhaps have more experience and time but are soo rude and arrogant. I’m glad I didn’t leave but gave Katie a chance. Older lady by the woman’s bra sections seem to not really want to help younger customers or perhaps just coloured ones.. body language tells a lot.

    I wanted sone help from the Revlon counter , as I was changing various pieces of current makeup products. I had used these for many years, but no longer available. The woman who helped me was professional, understood her brand , very patience while I chose. I had already visited northlands Revlon in farmers, not helpful at all, I don't think even interested. She was vague, little response , suggested I came back later. I do live out of town. My daughter was with me. Also commented on her manner.. Was very thankful for different manner entirely at riccarton mall. I wil lbe going back, only to riccarton mall. Great service, lovely manner.

    I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. Give him a pat on the back! :)

    Called to ask if a Christmas tree could be held, since both my husband and I work full-time and can only get there after work. Management flat-out refused (I heard them talking to the staff member over the phone!) Honestly, it’s ridiculous - how do you expect working people to buy Christmas trees if you won’t hold one for a few hours? The complete lack of flexibility and customer care is shocking. Very disappointing experience!

    Lady in men's section 1st floor. You know who you are (short, plus sized, cross eyed lady) - a smile and welcoming vibe wont hurt your job. Maybe you're tired or sick of working cashier (and I don't care) but giving that attitude and gestures towards me is not acceptable. I'm having a great day but if I wasn't, You'll get some words.

    Had a very rude employee tell me to β€œgo shop at Kmart” and become very offended because I said that the products here are not worth the price due to their quality. I said this to the people I was shopping with. You know who you are. Do better. Paulie.

    Great place to shop,excellent service,purchased a DeLonghi Dehumidifier on sale,however,had to return it a few days later as I thought there was a problem with the Dehumidifier, and they were prepared to replace it,however,the lovely lady salesperson pointed out that there was a label on top of the display panel that I was supposed to remove,silly me,so did not have to replace our Dehumidifier,top service,thank you Farmers,Alan Browne

    Nothing against this store but the storewide Click and Collect system. I purchased an item as it was not available at another store, but saw it was available here. I purchased this online and 5 days later popped in to "collect" it. I was advised I should get an email or call to confirm it has arrived and can take 5-10 days. I was informed the item comes from Auckland when the item was on the shelf at this store. I was charged $3 to click an collect.. I may as well have just had this posted to my home address. Solution here would be to remove this option as it doesn't really work or clearly advise customers of the turn around. Also the logistics and environmental cost of doing it this way is just plain stupid. Would have made sense to secure the item then a staff member holds this in an area and I come and collect it. If it is not ready but I can see it on the shelf the online order r should be able to be refunded or canceled. Other he than that, love the shop, staff and products.

    Got some lovely work clothes for good prices. Very happy. Good staff. Bit annoying their main change room for clothes was closed and had to take then all the way to the lingere department, but it was worth it.
