    So happy with my visit. I came to buy a small toy for my baby, but ended up finding the big version of his toy!! This was a huge (but pleasant) surprise as Auckland staff had told me there were none in the country! The lovely young woman who served me was fantastic too - I really wish I took down her name. She was so lovely and enthusiastic. She was operating the till in the children’s section about 2.30-2.40pm on the 14th August

    Was in the city running late for my daughter’s Jazz Exam and remembered she needed tights…. Cue panic…. But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! I wish I had more time to look around more. The salesman was super lovely too and really helpful. We will be back again for sure :)

    Multiple entries to this H&M make it a little confusing as the main entry gives the impression that it's only a women's clothing store. It's not. There is a huge rand of men's and children's clothing on the floor above and there is also a small homeware section. H&M is a UK clothing brand but the prices are very reasonable and the product quality is good. Alot of the products are made with recycled materials and they even have a clothing drop off point for recycling. Many times there will be a sale section with 50% off marked price, so $15 men's jeans is a bargain in anyone's books. Have and will shop there again. Staff friendly and good pricing.

    Average H&M. Overall it is fine, but as they try to follow local trend, it loses a lot. Back in Europe, with European style, H&M is that kind of place where you can't help buying something every time you step in, but here it is different, not like there. For nz this is fine as store anyway.
