Lisa was incredible in the bra fitting for my friend and I, we were a little uncomfortable and out of place but she was attentive and so very kind to us both and made us feel wonderful, big props to her highly recommend her!
I bought the scooter my daughter has been begging me for, to get so she can be cool kid at skate park Wanaka and she is so stoked! I’d be all good about sending MADD. Extremely helpful staff. Good range of clothes and sizes. I couldn't find a shirt in my size, so the very helpful staff member checked other stores and organized a swap. Beyond the call of duty.
I had a fabulous experience with Katie at the cosmetic department. She was incredibly detailed and patient while advising me on my skincare purchase. Her professionalism and care truly stood out — she definitely deserves 6 stars!

Visited the cosmetic section Elizabeth Arden. The lady managing the stand was momentarily away. A lady from Revlon was so nice and helped me to find what I needed, considering I have sensitive skin, gave me samples of different products to try for a couple of days. Now I love the products I will definitely go back there. Thank you.
Worst customer service EVER, particularly from the older ladies at the counter in the baby/kids section. Can’t remember their names but one had very short white hair, an older lady and the other had shoulder length brown hair and was middle aged. They made me feel so belittled and were so incredibly rude both times I visited the store. Was super lovely the minute the manager came out though, what a joke.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier in my opinion should be familiar with all methods of payment, in how to use afterpay.
