I brought the Cortland lounge suite, James was very good and helpful in the shop, it was delivered in under a week, its beautiful, soft very comfortable, beautiful colour ,looks very luxurious. I hope it stays puffed up and comfy. Great prices.
Happy with the item we purchased- but when we went to pick it up from the warehouse the man assisting with the delivery from the warehouse to car was very unfriendly. My husband said thank you so much and he didnโt even respond. Would go far to have some manners or even acknowledge the customers. Thanks.

We had purchased few things from them when we moved to our own house like sofa, trolley, wardrobe etc. Everthing is going good with them. There price are always great and after using them for a year I can say the quality is good as well.
Extremely poor customer service. Indian receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. Went in to pick up something that I had ordered and apparently pick up is at another address which is fine but could have handled this matter in more polite manner instead of telling me to read the text properly, the tone and body language used was highly unacceptable. The indian receptionist has got no customer service skills. Management need to teach their staff on how to treat and speak to customers in a polite manner, which is a basic expectation of customers coming into any store.

We booked a mattress it was firm and comfy, exactly the way we want. There was a wait for the pick up at warehouse. But, later the person from the warehouse called and explain the reason of delaying & he sounds genuine in his effort to apologise. We really appreciate that. This was our 3 purchase from them after box bed & recliner sofa. We will go back again.
I bought a electric standing desk. - easily put together good instructions is amazing for the price as compare to others, it was under half price! It was on sale for Motherโs Day. Easy pick up from the Christchurch distribution centre team the next day. They guys there were so friendly and helpful -helped me load into the back of my car. Very happy with my purchase and the product.
Wow. I am super impressed not only with the quality of the couches etc I bought but the super fast delivery and only $15 for shipping. Loving my new feather filled furniture. So comfy and stylish. Have had loads of compliments from visitors too. Thank you guys.
