I purchased a pendant light way back few months ago from Moorhouse branch but I decided to change it because it wouldn’t fit the color schemes at our new build house. I wasn’t sure if I could still return it given that I purchased it 3 months ago. I went to the Hornby branch and was greeted by a lovely lady. I cannot remember her name but she was so sweet and accommodated me kindly. I told her my delimma and she said that I can exchange that with another pendant light! was so relieved and ecstatic! We exchanged it with this beautiful Travertine Linear Pendant Light. I told them if it’s possible to return it again if it doesn’t match our kitchen and they were absolutely fine with that. We can easily return it and exchanged it with something else as long as we haven’t connected it. When we brought it to check the color to our new home, it was the perfect pendant light! Thank you so much for being so patient and considerate. We highly recommend Lighting Direct Hornby to anyone. Your costumer service is so good and you made this experience stress-free! I would like to know the lady’s name who attended to us. She was amazing!

Not recommended at all. Manager was so rude. When she was serving us first time selling $900 worth products, she was super nice. When we came back to return some unused products to get refund, she was totally a different personality. Misleading information was provided about their refund policy. We were told that any products can be returned within a month or so as long as theses haven’t been used but when we came back to return them they told us that all products should be returned within 7 days (completely different statement than what they told initially when they sold). Not helpful and friendly service.
