“Top store i went in searching for a silicone sock for my old 3d printer while there was none in stock the manager went above n beyond and found be something suitable from out back that was no longer sold by them but worked perfectly ,also as it was old stock not listed she gave it to me at no cost which made my day i missed getting her name but shout out to her for top customer service and the guy on counter who also was super helpful”

Heck, they didn't have to do sales talk at all they were just knowledgable answering my questions and I ended up upselling myself for a slightly better more pet-designed vacuum. “Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

She was super friendly and helped me pick out a vacuum cleaner and a microwave that were just right for me. Lucy noticed that I might struggle to carry the items down to the car park, and she immediately went to check with the store manager to see if someone could give me a hand. She even helped me find my car — I’m not great with directions — and, together with another team member, carried everything right to my car. Her kindness, initiative, and genuine care really made my day. Big thanks to Lucy for going above and beyond — that’s what great customer service looks like!”
