   Who has a policy that will not sell floor stock! Even though this product had a price and was for sale they would not sell this product. This should be labelled floor stock NOT FOR SALE! Really bad customer service Would not even call another Nood store to sort a product for us that was in stock!

   We really enjoyed this place—it’s full of inspiration and stylish furniture pieces perfect for a small townhouse. The modern, thoughtfully coordinated displays made it a pleasure to explore. We ended up purchasing several items that fit beautifully into our home, and we’re loving them.

   Experience in store was nice very friendly staff. However trying g to puck up the item was difficult due to pick up times. You can get better service elsewhere. The contact centre also lost my order twice when trying to arrange twice.

   Nothing wrong with the shop and the product itself. However, the amount of soft plastic, bubble wrap and Styrofoam the chairs came with was unreal. I purchased 4 Henry dining chairs and ended up with a carload of rubbish that required a trip to the skip afterwards. I'm not going to buy any Nood product again until they reduce their waste.

   I enjoy visiting Nood as have always loved mid-century style, and they do it well. When I bought some items recently, I was disappointed to find their soft plastic packaging isn't being sent for recycling. Only cardboard is. But there are places in Christchurch that collect soft plastics & send them north to make into posts etc. I take our soft plastics to New World where there's a collection bin.

   We went in to purchase a chair. We had one picked out and were keen to take it, but the process became much more convoluted and complicated than it needed to be. Staff weren't accommodating or very helpful. Will not bother going back there again especially when there are so many other places to get furniture with better service

   Interesting selection of items ranging from small to furniture. Good to visit if you are considering redecorating. I purchased a painting years ago from Nood and designed a room around it. Still receive many positive comments as its unique and quirky which many items in the shop are. The fur cushions are a great accessory for cooler months.
