Your typical Briscoes. You know what you are getting. On this ocassion i was there to collect a click and collect order. There was a system problem and the lady supervisor who the check out girl called over was unhelpful and a bit rude when she found my order she basicly shoved it in my hands and walked away without saying a word.
Maybe the store owner needs to show his or her staff how to answer the phone 2 and half hour calling trying to find out if my click and collect is in store
Bought a folding bed through click and collect, i was asking the lady if ever not gonna fit in my car i can leave it for a while because i need to call or arrange someone to help me to lift it to my car, the lady who dispatched the item was rude and said she will not lift it which is i didn’t ask her to lift it. I pull the item to the car with the trolly, that time there is one nice lady standing by the entrance, she witnessed what happened and luckily she came to my car to help me to lift (25kg) the boxed folding bed and luckily it was fit in my car.
Won't bother ordering online again. Slowest to dispatch from other stores, don't get items shipped they send broken Frying pans. Order click and collect can't tell me item isn't instore wouldn't have bothered buying if I knew I'd be waiting this long, what a joke.
Purchased an item that was in stock for click and collect. Received no email or updates, had to call twice to receive an update and have now just been told (4 days later) it is coming from a different store. (This store actually states OUT OF STOCK on the website or I would of just purchased it from here) Also told that they have them in stock on the shelf but I was not allowed one of those ones, needed to wait for the one to be transferred from a different store as to not mess up there ‘system’. I was then advised if I want it earlier to come and purchase another one and cancel my existing order. Which defeats the purpose of click and collect? Shocked at the service and lack of communication.
Click and collect is a have! Purchased a hairdryer that was 'in stock'. Did click and collect, they said i would get an email when ready to pick up. Three days later no email so called them up to ask. The lady was rude and couldn't give any information about where it was except it was 'coming'...Coming from where? You said it was in stock!!. Was for a birthday present which has come and gone, really unhappy.
Not enough staff around to help you find what you are looking for. Once help has arrived they are helpful
Great shop for all they sell. Very helpful staff well worth a visit.
So..I thought I'd do some online shopping as part of a birthday gift for my partner Saving fuel, time, and some carbon emissions, trying to do the right thing. However the pan has a dent, and one pillow case already opened really isn't good enough. We have to turn around, hop in the car drive back, sort the issues out - this defeats the whole thing dosen't it. Just a note, the box was not damaged in anyway, so it was not damaged or opened in transit.
