Really bad online service. Bought a toilet online and paid and then heard nothing until I followed up a week later. Then I got an email saying product had been discontinued. How long would that have left it without me following it up? Email contained spelling errors and not one effort to make a new sale or do better. Won’t be back. Plumbing World super helpful today
Excellent and prompt service! Debbie went to no end of trouble enlightening me about the particular toilet seat I needed as a replacement, took me to the trade area where there was another helpful person, then gave me a demo on unscrewing the old seat and what adjustments would be needed. Easy stuff for some but I'm not much of a DIY type and no youngster!! Pleasant and cheerful! Keep her on!

I would give 0 star is I can ! Worst services ever! I am standing in the shop for 30 mins! Sales man walk pass me and looked at me a few times but not coming up asking or greeting! No stock for most products , not recommend !
Walked in was attended to promptly and was givin the online price, every little bit count. What caught my attention was there choice looking products.
At Montreal st I looked around for 10-15mins in the same section and no one came over to ask if I needed help. Lots of people sitting at desks at the back. Easier to go somewhere else to get service.
Almost every time I visit they are out of stock of something or can't get it in, have been to plumbing world immediately and got the parts I need and they are well stocked, also I always seem to be waiting 20-30 mins to be served by someone at the trade counter, don't go here, go to plumbing world instead!
