   I was looking for a car seat for my baby and Crystal went above and beyond with the service she provided me yesterday. She helped me with finding the right car seat considering our budget as well. She’s very patient and very kind assissting and explaining how to set up the car seat. Another lady Sian was also nice bringing the car seat to my car. Super satisfied and thankful for the service!

   I was thoroughly impressed by Jennifer, who works at Farmers The Palms. I was looking for some new lingerie, but wasn't sure on the right fit. Jennifer took the time to assist me with a fitting, and did so with such compassion and friendliness. She showed me a range of styles and took the time to help me find the perfect fit. I left Farmers with a lovely new set of lingerie and felt grateful for her professionalism and patience. Jennifer is definitely an asset to the team at Farmers, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance. Thanks so much, Jennifer - you're a star.

   I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.

   Disappointed with the staff in this Store I have been going to farmers since I was a little girl throughout my whole life And to have a staff member follow me around with my children and Popping up left right and centre when I’m trying to focus on what we’re doing is so Obvious tha you think we’re up to no good Have you something better to do like stocking the shelves. This customer service representative was out of uniform and in normal clothing So I’m guessing you have some management position just know that you are totally out of order and so unprofessional It’s starting to become obvious that being Black is not favourable in these stores and that’s a shame on you get with the time lady’s and gentlemen what kind of customer service are use running in these stores no your place It’s vile… I don’t want to feel unwelcome while shopping with my children

   Absolutely lovely store and even better with Stevens inside the store. The prices aren't always the most affordable but the quality is up there against even more upmarket stores such as Ballantynes. A wonderful place to get good quality unique gifts. The ladies in the perfume section were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.
