   We had wardrobe doors replaced. The service was excellent, fast and very professional. Pricing was also spot on with our budget. The doors are perfect and look great. Our installer was experienced and friendly. He communicated exactly what he was going to do as the job had a couple of complications. Very happy with this company. Highly reccomend.

   Having pulled the linen cupboard and wardrobe system out of our house build quote due to sky rocketing costs and not liking what we were offered, we approached Simply Wardrobes for a quote on our linen cupboard. It was reasonably priced and we loved the aluminum slats. We have since gone back to them to finally kit out our walk in wardrobe and we are absolutely stoked with the end result. It's a good quality system, looks fab, excellent install and super helpful and speedy customer service. Super happy thank you.

   I have used Simply Wardrobes 4x now, and v happy. The service was excellent. Location was an hour away from Chch. It was measured up, quoted, I was kept fully informed, and even changed the date of installation. Nothing was a problem. 2 young men who did the install were polite, respectful and hard working.    My concern is with the after care service. Notified them immediately after installation that there was a problem with one of the drawers. Informed to wait and see if it improves. It didn’t, and eventually stuck so that it wouldn’t close. I informed them and was told that the next time they had someone in the area they would get them to look at it. No indication how long that would be. Rang again to get an indication how long that would be, and was told by a second person, they couldn’t give one. When I said I wasn’t happy about that, he hung up on me. Feel like “they have my money, so tough luck”. Not a way to get return costumers or in fact do business. If they have two people answering the phone, maybe they should use one on the phone, and the other could service problems.

   Really great quality product. There was no installers available at the time and they was several weeks wait for one. It required a person with a few more skills than just being handy so our wonderful son in-law came to the rescue and our daughter notice we could add more shelves to give us more great storage. Simply Wardrobes, great product.
