Purchasing items was a pleasant experience and the customer service was great. However, when I returned a product due to a quality issue, the experience changed. The female supervisor and staff were rude, and although I did receive a refund, the return process was unpleasant. The way they spoke to me felt condescending and unnecessary.
Thank-you so much Sophie for helping us decide what Electric Wok was best for me and my family. Lovely girl with a lot of patience, who goes out of her way for the customer to be helpful. We ended up buying a Sunbeams 7.5 Litre Wok on a half price sale. Thanks again Sophie for your support.
Well set out store. Friendly staff and they will help IF you can find a staff member. Unfortunately quite a lot of the shelves are empty. This Briscoes always runs out of stock that is advertised on special the day of the special.

Went in to collect online purchase, was a bit early but heaps of the product available on the shelf. I approached the woman at the checkout with no smile, a blank expression and an "I hate my job attitude". She said we were too early and would have to come back in a few days, she said its the online teams job to process it and there was nothing she could do. She made no effort what so ever to check with a manager or ring head office to provide any sort of customer service just shifted the blame in a condescending way towards me. Try being friendly to customers!!!
Really poor customer service this morning (08/04). I was returning goods and then bought some goods and dealt with 4 different staff members and the attitudes were awful from all 4. Then store had lots of discounts on which weren't showing up when the products were scanned. I queried the prices and was told I had to go and find the sales ticket and physically bring it back to them. If your prices aren't correct and as advertised it shouldn't be the customers job to run around the store pulling off the sales adverts to "prove it" to you.
