“Great Thai restaurant in the Brighton beach centre. Near to the pier and the library. Foods are extremely authentic and the spicy dish salad are Thai spicy so make sure you are use to hot hot chili otherwise go for mild or no chili option. I loved the green curry and few other dishes. The owner are very hard working and loved her traditional dress too. Is definitely a good Thai restaurant in Christchurch that offer a taste of Thailand.”

“My first visit for Teppanyaki. We tried the all you can eat option. Though this menu is more simple foods in an all you can eat style, it didn't disappoint. The entree board with sushi and chicken was particularly enjoyable given the fresh and crisp contrasts. They have a Japanese version of an espresso martini with Baileys which was very good.”

“Oh my, Lazeez is incredible! The two guys that work at the Marshlands store are so lovely and put so much effort and love into the food they make. The hot salads are dangerously good and the meat on chips are always so crispy. The best part is the flavour of the meats, keeps me coming back at least once a week. “They have specials every day of the week. Love that it is supported by mature customers. The food is tasty, have had pizza on 2 occasions and a liver and bacon dish on one. The gravy is devine for meat lovers. Worth returning. The staff are very friendly and wrlcoming.”

“This is a lovely wee place that serves your standard cafe food. Nothing fancy or over the top but very well done. The eggs bennie was superb, eggs perfectly runny and a good quantity of delicious bacon (ordered with a side of delightful crispy hashbrowns). The flat white was a perfect flavoured shot and served hot. The staff were also friendly and efficient. I came during early morning as the cafe opens at 7 am, it was a quiet spot where I could enjoy my own company. Wheelchair accessible although the tables can be a tight squeeze to get past in one. Plus an outdoor area perfect for those hot summer days. Free parking lot available but be mindful to park in areas labelled cafe.”

In between 3 weeks of dining, the menu has changed and the slaw is additional $5 to your meal. Regardless of, I still enjoy my meal without the slaw, as the first round of dining it has no flavour at all.”
